Ninebark delivers within the Pemberton and Whistler areas of British Columbia.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs vary depending upon location:
Pemberton - $8
Whistler North (Emerald, Alpine, Nicklaus North, White Gold, Whistler Cay, Whistler Village, Brio, Blueberry Hill, Alta Vista, Nordic) -$15
Whistler South (Creekside, Bayshores, Tamarisk, Function Junction, Cheakamus) - $20

when do you deliver?
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 13:00-17:00 PST. Please be advised that because we are based in the Coast Mountains delivery times may be delayed due to winter weather. If your delivery is delayed due to weather you will be notified. While Ninebark tries hard to accommodate specific delivery requests, we cannot guarantee exact timings.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Ninebark tries hard to accommodate specific delivery requests. Same day delivery is based upon the time your order is received, as well as the work flow on that particular day. If you are requiring same day delivery please give us a call on 604 906 0046 to confirm availability. Orders placed online are not guaranteed for same day delivery.
Why do you need a contact number for delivery?
Because Ninebark designs using fresh products that are susceptible to freezing in winter weather, a contact number is required for all deliveries to ensure a recipient will be home to receive their arrangement. Unless specifically instructed we do not leave arrangements outside an address. We will not share with a recipient what it is they are going to receive so your order will still be a surprise!
how do i add a card message to my order?
If you would like to include a card message with your delivery please include this with your order. Card messages can be typed into the 'Add a Card Message' text box in the bottom left hand corner of your cart. Alternatively please email your card message to and include your name, order details and delivery date so that your message can be added to your order.

Ninebark takes pride in creating beautiful designs from fresh ingredients. Because of the use of fresh natural products we cannot guarantee the life span of designs. If you are unhappy with your product please email or call 604 906 0046
Can I cancel my order?
Only orders that have not been started may be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 604 906 0046 to see if the design is in the workshop.
