Weddings

How do we book a wedding with Ninebark?

The best time to reach out and begin discussing wedding flowers is after you have confirmed your wedding date and booked your venue. You should also have a rough idea of the number of guests you will be inviting, and the number of people in your wedding party.

The calendar gets booked up quickly (particularly during the busy summer season) so it’s a good idea to get in touch well in advance of your wedding date.

 

Once you reach out the process of booking with Ninebark is as follows:

​Starting with an initial consultation (either in person or virtually) we discuss your story, what’s important for your wedding day, and explore your creative ideas

Within a week of our consultation, you will receive a personalised floral design proposal that will include your quote, plus a concept board filled with ideas for your wedding flowers. 

Next we review the proposal and collaborate to confirm the concepts that are the best fit for you and finalise your quote. 

After finalising your quote, you will receive an invoice for a 50% deposit. At this stage you will also be required to sign a Wedding Service Agreement.

After placing your deposit and signing the Wedding Service Agreement, Ninebark is available in the lead up to your wedding day to discuss ideas and review floral details at any time. We are happy to work with you directly, or with your Wedding Planner. Six weeks before your wedding date we will be in touch to review the final details of your day and then finalise your flower orders with our suppliers.

How much do wedding flowers cost?​

When it comes to the price of wedding flowers, costs depend on a number of different factors and will vary for every couple. Some of the factors that contribute to the final cost of your wedding flowers will be the types of flowers you are drawn too, seasonal availability and the date of your wedding.

 

With Ninebark, pricing starts from $2,500 (+ tax) for Micro Wedding flowers and from $4,000 (+ tax)  for Bespoke Weddings. 

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely! Micro Wedding services are available throughout BC.

Do Ninebark offer flower delivery? 

If you are hoping to send flowers please get in touch! All Ninebark's flowers are purchased to order, which means that deliveries can be made three working days after an order is placed. Because all flowers are purchased to order, a minimum spend of $350 + tax and delivery applies.

I'm interested in Winter Planters, how do I order?

 

Every winter planter made by Ninebark is unique and created specifically for the space in which it will be displayed. Starting with a complimentary consultation, Ninebark will visit with you to see your location and learn more about your design style and expectations. From here you will receive a personalised design concept and quote.

 

After approving your quote and placing your deposit, you are able to schedule an installation time and date for your design(s) to be created at your location.

Is it possible to purchase containers from Ninebark for my Winter Planters?

Yes! Although please be aware that container availability does vary throughout the winter and that during December inventory from suppliers may be limited or unavailable. If you are looking to purchase a container for your winter planter get in touch and Ninebark will be happy to provide you with options. 

Do you create wreaths and centrepieces to order?

Yes! All Ninebark wreaths and centrepieces are handmade. If you are looking for a specific type of design not available in the online store please get in touch.
